K guys – it’s been three weeks since I ‘officially’ began the Love HIIT Body Guide program and meal plan, and I’m checking in with my first set of ‘results’. Also sharing a bit about the changes I’m seeing in how I look and how I feel, and also what’s been challenging.

Ok peeps, I’ve been talking about this on Instagram (in my IG stories) for a few weeks now, but today I am OFFICIALLY starting the LOVE HIIT BODY GUIDE! I’ll be doing this program for the next 8 weeks and sharing my experience as I go. I’d love to have you follow along and check out this program.
